1. You provide us with your menu (protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement). Let us know if you want us to mark the 8 major allergens and gluten (sesame to come soon). We will develop a Scope of Work document for your approval and a written quote for our services.
  2. Send us your recipes, with complete ingredients, weights and measures, yields and prep statements.
  3. Identify a team member to be our contact to clarify recipe information, confirm products and cooking methods, gather post-cooking weights, etc.
  4. We will document and analyze your menus and provide a complete report and data file of the nutrition values of each recipe. You will receive the nutrition report for each recipe and an electronic data file export of the data suitable for inclusion on your printed menus, or for upload into digital menu systems.

We can offer advice as to the best way to communicate the nutrition information and display it for customers to use. We can also provide compliant Nutrition Facts Panels for your menu items!

If you need for us to gather your menu items and document your recipes and ingredients for you, we can visit your location and do that for you, too at additional cost.
